We All Need Motivation Every Day

It is my firm belief that staying positive and upbeat and maintaining a high vibration is something that we must work on every day. We can try to be a positive person and say all the right things, we can repeat positive affirmations every morning and every night, but unless our vibration is consistently high, this will all be for naught. We cannot fool the universe. Our words mean nothing compared to our thoughts. It is our thoughts that control our emotions and our emotions cause our own unique vibration of energy to be high or low. Like attracts like and whether our vibration of energy is high or low will determine what we attract into our life. Our emotional well-being, therefore, is hugely important in our life.

I'm sure we've all experienced times in our lives when things have been going really well and we are on a "high" (high vibration). When we are like this we tend to want to look after our bodies by eating well, drinking in moderation and exercising. We seem to enjoy our work more and are often more productive. Our relationships may seem better and we seem to attract "lucky" breaks. Life is good! On the other hand if we feel "down" (low vibration), then everything seems to go wrong in our lives. We often act in ways that are self-destructive. We look for the wrong foods and may over-eat, we may drown our sorrows in alcohol or drugs, we can't be bothered exercising, we may attract ill-health, we don't make an effort with our relationships and things may become stale or bad. Instead of lucky breaks we tend to attract "bad" luck. By the way, I use the word luck very loosely, simply because it is something that we all identify with.

Ok, so we all understand that it is necessary to keep our vibration high to stay happy and healthy. As discussed previously, that's easy if all is going well but not so easy if we're not in a good place emotionally. We need to take steps to clear any emotional blockages or disturbances in our body and then we need to reinforce that day by day by day. It 's something that is as necessary to do as cleaning our teeth of a morning and night. By now, you may well be asking how? How do I do that?

I will go into ways and means of clearing emotional blockages in other posts but what I wanted to refer to in this post is the need for constant uplifing motivational material. It is for this purpose that I have started this blog. I would like to create a location where people can go for a dose of motivation and inspiration whenever they need it.

I worked as a fitness consultant in a women's Fitness Centre for many years. During this time I noticed that the women who really succeeded in losing significant weight were the ones that had absolutely 100% made up their minds that they were going to do this. Their vibration was high .... you could just feel their determination. There were others, however, who just seemed unable to raise this enthusiasm, or if they did, they quickly sabotaged themselves and lost it. I used to ask myself .... why? In talking with these women I would always discover that they were suffering from low self esteem and had unresolved emotional issues. I became a qualified counsellor in order to be able to help with these issues. I am now involved with a Personal Training Studio called Schuhfit that specialises in helping people with Type 2 Diabetes. I have seen some amazing transformations and I want to say that this disease is definitely able to be reversed. Once again to achieve something amazing like this, one's vibration needs to be consistently high. To maintain this, though, you need emotional stability because if there are sub-conscious patterns of negative thoughts, this will cause emotional distress which will lower that vibration ..... resulting in sabotage and failure.

I will also post entries from inspiring people so that their stories can encourage us all as well as post any healthy living tips that I can find. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! You just have to raise your vibration and believe that you can!
